My Grandma's and Grandpa's Dolls

Here is a photo of the dolls that I made for my Grandma and Grandpa.The dolls are made from white minkee fabric and their faces are made from Chamois colored craft velour.The dolls faces also have hand embroidered eyes and a hand embroidered mouth.

Update on My mom's and my doll project that we are working on

The last couple of days my mom and I have been working on finishing up the outfits for the dolls that I made from Gail Kellison's online doll class.My mom and I finished the dolls dresses today.Tomorrow we start working on the bonnet and the shoes.We will be finished with the outfit for the dolls on Sunday.On Monday I start back to work on my grandma's and grandpa's dolls.I was working on them on Wednesday and I got a lot done on them already.I have the body and the legs of the dolls sewn already and the arms sewn for one of the dolls.I should be done in about two in half weeks with their dolls and the outfits for the dolls.

Creative Cloth Dollmakers

I know I haven't posted in quite some time but I have been really busy lately.A couple of weeks ago I started my own social network on Ning called Creative Cloth Dollmakers.I have also been finishing up a few dolls that I have made.My mom and I just finished our first art dolls.I have also finished up my first minkee baby bunny doll.My mom and I are currently working on our next doll project together.We are working on the outfits for the dolls from Gail Kellison's online doll class.I'm also working on a couple more dolls for my grandparents that will be coming over in May.

My mom's and My First Art Doll

This is a photo of my mom's and my first art dolls that we have made.It is also our first doll project that we did together.We both made a Dillon The Leprechaun doll from Shelley Hawkey's Dillon the Leprechaun doll pattern for St Patrick's Day.The leprechaun doll on the right is my mom's and he is made Doe Suede fabric.The leprechaun doll on the left is mine and he is made from Chamois colored Craft Velour.
